Justin was fantastic! My hot water heater went out when I arrived home from work. He offered to come that night but I told him it could wait until the next day. I had to work the next day. He called to say when he would be there, called to tell me what needed to be done, called again when it was finished. I am very pleased with his work and he his a very nice and polite gentleman. I have used him once before and will use him again.
